Belgium Management Support (BMS) review: a Brussels Employer of Record with its own payroll

A Brussels private limited company set up in 2021 that employs client staff on its own NSSO-registered payroll and files accounts to prove it. We read the Crossroads Bank record and three years of filed accounts, then scored the service on the same eight Belgian criteria as every provider in our ranking.

Our verdict

The most Belgian option in our ranking, and the least documented online.

Belgium Management Support does the thing most global platforms only describe: it is a Belgian company that employs people in Belgium. The SRL was registered in Etterbeek in June 2021, registered with the National Social Security Office as an employer the same month, and its filed accounts show 6.2 full-time equivalents in 2022, 18.2 in 2023 and 21.5 in 2024, with a profit each year and equity of about €592,000. Its own site puts that at nine clients and 22 employed staff. Payroll and tax run through a Belgian accounting partner with offices outside Brussels rather than one of the large social secretariats, and the company is part-owned by Le Cheminant International, a Cambridge payroll outsourcer that covers other countries through partners. What it has not done is write any of this down for buyers: no price list, no onboarding timeline, no statement of which Article 31 route it uses, and a website that is English-only with UK and Swiss phone numbers. For a company placing one to five people in Belgium who wants a named Belgian employer and a director who picks up the phone, it is the strongest fit here. For anyone who needs a platform, integrations or a published contract, it is not.

Choose Belgium Management Support if you are placing a handful of staff in Belgium, you want the employer to be a Belgian company with its own payroll, and you value a director who knows your employees by name over software. Look elsewhere if you need published pricing before a first call, a self-service portal or integrations, hires in several countries on one contract, or a Dutch-language website for your Flemish hires.

Who actually employs your staff: Belgium Management Support SRL

The Crossroads Bank for Enterprises lists Belgium Management Support, abbreviated B.M.S., as a private limited company (SRL/BV) with enterprise number 0769.865.937, started on 18 June 2021 and registered as an NSSO employer from 28 June 2021. Its registered office is Avenue de la Chasse 133/135 in Etterbeek, Brussels. The director recorded since incorporation is Angélica Cotillo Perez de de Vrij, whom the website names as its Belgium director; the site refers to two working directors but names only one.

The accounts filed with the National Bank are the useful part. Full-time equivalents rose from 6.2 in 2022 to 21.5 in 2024 while the client count stayed at nine, which is exactly the profile of an Employer of Record carrying client staff on its own payroll. The company has been profitable in every filed year (€144,000, €185,000 and €257,000) and had equity of €592,000 at end-2024. The register shows no authorisations, so no regional temporary-work-agency licence is recorded, and the website does not state which Article 31 route the company relies on. Note that the domain recorded on the register (.be) does not resolve; the live site is the .com.

FAQ

Common questions about Belgium Management Support in Belgium

Is Belgium Management Support a real Belgian employer?
Yes. It is a Brussels SRL (enterprise number 0769.865.937) registered with the NSSO as an employer since June 2021, and its filed accounts show 21.5 full-time equivalents in 2024 against nine clients, which is what carrying client staff on your own payroll looks like.
How does BMS deal with Article 31?
It does not say publicly. The company employs staff directly on its own payroll and the register records no regional agency licence. Ask which lawful route it relies on (licensed agency work, a written instruction agreement or a recognised exception) and get the answer in writing before signing.
What does BMS charge?
Nothing is published. The company describes a high-end service at a very reasonable price; ask for the monthly fee per employee, any setup cost and the notice period.
Can BMS employ staff outside Belgium?
Not itself. It is part-owned by and partnered with Le Cheminant International, a UK payroll outsourcer that covers other countries through partners, so ask which company would employ staff elsewhere.
